Thank you for shopping with NEW RANGE ONLINE. We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review the details below for our return policy.

Returns

All returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached.
  • Items must have been purchased directly from NEW RANGE ONLINE through our websites, mobile applications, or online services or in store (collectively, the “Services”).

Non-returnable items unless defective or damagedinclude personalized products, digital downloads, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email our team at sales@newrangeonline.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive RMA Number: We will issue an RMA number along with return instructions. Returns without a valid RMA number may not be processed.
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the return form provided with your RMA.
  4. Ship the Item: Mail the return to the address provided in RMA.

For returning the product you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment, as NEW RANGE ONLINE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
  • Refunds include the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Applicable taxes will be refunded in accordance with local regulations.

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., for a different size, color, or similar item, subject to availability), follow the return process above and indicate your request for an exchange. We will provide instructions for the exchange process. You are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the original item was defective or incorrect.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@newrangeonline.com. Provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions

Unless defective or damaged, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized products, personalized products, digital downloads, gift cards, or clearance items marked as final sale.
  • Items that have been used, altered, installed or removed from their original packaging.
